Is 2 x Intel Xeon 2.0GHz quad core CPU enough for FMS 3 streaming editon?

    I guess, in FMS 3-EULA, there is a restriction of using upto 4 cores on a single machine with FMS 3 streaming edition.

    i also need to know does the above configuration meet the system requirements for FMS3, is this processor specification quick enough (in Hz), two Intel Xeon 2GHz quad core?
