Terms of use for development server

Hi

We produce animated content and would like to use Flash media server for our internal media delivery. I have gone through the TOU document for flash media development server and understood that it is allowed to utilize it in production. So is it allowed to use it for commercial purposes(upto 10 streams) and if so should we worry about the warranty and bugs etc. ?

    The Flash media server development server is fully functional (except for the quantitative restrictions like max limit of number of connections to 10 etc), and is equivalent in quality to all other flavors.

    The developement server is generally meant for developmental and testing purposes though i think within the limit of connections etc, there should not be any problem with its usage. you can cross check/confirm from the EULA always, when in doubt.
