Adobe's Flash Collaboration Service (aka AFCS; currently in *FREE* open  beta), provides a hosted service and Flex components for quickly building "Text  chat with Video chat for one to one chat" and much more.  Pricing for AFCS as  yet has not been announced.  Current product page here:
