The 3 Professional Edition Profiles?

It appears that Professional Edition comes in three different license "profiles" - profile 1 has a max of 150 connections, profile 2 has a limit of 1,000 and profile 3 has a limit of 2,500.

Are they three different physical licenses? If you chose a profile you're stuck with it for good or can you switch between the license profiles on the fly using the fms2_console?

    Correct answer
    One license for all profiles. The profile setting is found in fms.ini

    You can switch the profile as often as you want to. You just have to restart FMS for the change to take effect.

    I changed the license profile line in fms.ini so it looks like this

    SERVER.ACTIVE_PROFILE = 2500-25.pro

    but after a restart the console stil says 150 connecitons max - is that normal?
