To configure FMIS 4.5 supporting Origin-Only Cluster

Please can anyone provide any documentation/help to configure FMIS 4.5 supporting Origin-Only Cluster? We are using FMS for both one way (video recording/playback) and two way communications (live video conference). I have read that origin-only is the recommended solution for FMS scalability if your FMS delivers two-way audio/video communications.
