transcoding udp video

Hi, i have a dvbs gateway that are connected to a satellite dish where it gets it signal and output the signals as a udp video (a feed string looks like this udp://224.10.10.1:6000), my question is will and can the adobe media server transcode and re-stream the udp video signals to another formart (rtmp or other formats) so that i can view them over internet.

Or do i need another adobe program for doing this?
