Tunneling Problem

We have Flash Media Server configured with HTTP tunneling. It works perfectly from multiple locations; the only problem is that from one specific client location it doesn't work--rather than failing, the connection just sits "loading" forever without ever connecting or being rejected. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Any ideas what may be causing this?

We had similar problems and usually the problem was caused by the network setting for that particular client.
Some clients do not want to open up the ports in their network that are listed in the tunneling list.
You may like to check their settings and make sure one of the port listed in tunneling list is accessible through their network.

I am having a bit different issue though.
Everyone can connect to the server but for one of the client, it takes more than a minute to make connection to FMS. It is not like can't connect forever but just takes much more time than usual.
    Anyone has any idea?
    Thanks!
