Question

Unable to connect to "Stream Reconnect and Smart Seek example"

I recently bought Flash Media Server and I tried to get sample because there wasn't any instruction and example how to use.

Therefore, I connect to "Flash Media Server: Stream Reconnect and Smart Seek doc and example"(Flash Media Server: Stream Reconnect and Smart Seek doc and example) and connect to "Stream Reconnect and Smart Seek example" to get a sample.

However, I couldn't get access to "Stream Reconnect and Smart Seek example" for some reasons.

Does anyone guide me to get access to the page in order to see a sample?

Thank you.

Which version of Adobe Media Server? The documentation does not pertain to the latest versions.

Please take a look at Getting started with Adobe Media Server | Adobe Developer Connection and Beginner's guide to streaming video with Flash Media Server 3.5 | Adobe Developer Connection to get started.

Thank you for responding.

Yes, the version I bought is the latest version, "Adobe Media Server Ver 5.0".

It seems the starter guide for ver 3.5 doesn't support the latest version.

Do you know a website where I can get something like a sample file includes code examples.

I need it for coding for flame-by-flame playback and slow-motion playback.

Again, thank you for your help.

Hi,

Please go through this article - Adobe Media Server Help | Smart Seeking
It should help you get frame-by-frame playback.
