Update Failed - Serial Number Invalid

I am trying to update Adobe Media Server 5 and the update is asking for the serial number. I enter the serial number, which has been verified by adobe customer support, and I get an error that the serial number is invalid. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Correct answer

It turns out that I needed to install Adobe Media Server Starter then add my Serial Number in the /Adobe Media Server 5/conf/ams.ini.
