URGENT HELP REQUIRED - AFTER UPGrade AMS 5 DOES NOT WORK

I upgraded the AMS as usual and now its not working - have done the same thing for the past few years and now we are offline - I need urgent help anyone know of a ams expert I can contact?????

    Can you tell if the services have started up? When you say "not working" what does that look like to you?
