Using AMS with Adobe Captivate 2019 to stream video to a slide

I am interested in using some 3rd party AMS to stream slide video in Captivate 2019.  Who are the major providors?  Where can I find some good tutorials on picking a service, uploading my videos to it, and then writing the URL or path in the insert video dialog in Captivate?  How much would such a service cost me each time the video was streamed, if, for example, the video was 100 megabytes in size?

    As AMS has reached it's end of life and literally hasn't been updated in years, I would expect you'd have a hard time finding any company still supporting it. I'd recommend you check out Wowza Media and you'll find a bunch of information on their site on providers etc.
