Using Arabic in stream name in Flash Media Server

I tried to use Arabic letters (alphabets) in stream name when the stream is sent from Flash professional cs5 to Flash Media Server but Flash Media Server can't undrestand / create then stream file but it can do it latin alphabets.

Could you please advise how can I use Arabic letters (alphabets) as explaned above.
