Using Management Console over the network

I recently installed FMS 2.0 on Fedora Core 5. The server and admin server are both up and running, and I can log in with the management console on the computer itself using localhost as the address. I can't seem to log in with the console to the same server over the network (using address 192.168.0.102, which happens to be the server). There's no error, it just fails to do anything. Does anyone know what could cause this problem?
