Video, but no Audio?

I am trying to view a video online and am able to view the presentation, but it says that there is no audio. How can I hear the audio?

    You might want to clarify what it is? Are you saying a component is showing
    no audio? Your own AS code? What?

    I am trying to open a file to watch and listen to. When I try at my home computer it works just fine, but on my work computer I can only get the video to play. It says "no audio". I don't know if I have settings wrong or if it is an error on thier end?? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
