Video Capture Input Resolution

Hello,

I have a KGuard capture card installed in my computer and have been using it to stream to FMLE, but I am having a problem with the resolution. The capture card box states it can capture in a resolution of 320 x 240, 620 x 240 and 620 x 480. The problem is when I use FMLE it is only displaying the input option of 320 x 240, and I would like to broad cast in 620 x 480.

The system comes with software that allows me to change the resolution, so I changed it to 620 x 480. I restarted the computer and the DVR program records in 620 x 480, but still when I log into FMLE it only displays the option of 320 x 240 under input.

I have tried updating and reloading capture card drivers, but that did not help.

I will post the capture card specs below, does anyone have any further ideas so that I can broadcast with a better resolution?
