Video frame processing 2

I need to stream video frames from a PC to an Internet Server and when a frame arrives at the Server I need to get the frame's content for further processing.

Can this be done using Flash Media Server? If not, whom can I contact in the Adobe Company to discuss a customization of the Flash Media Server?

FMS does not do any processing on the frames of incoming streams. What do you mean by "further processing" - can you detail that out?

    Thank you for your answer.

By further processing I mean that I need to create a new frame using the data (digital pixels and audio samples) from the incoming frame. How the data will be processed may vary by application to application. The software that I need to develop must get the data from the incoming frame and pass it to an application processor. For example, a simple application creates a new frame made as a collage of several incoming frames.

There is any way to ask Adobe Company or an Adobe Partner to provide this function in FMS? Thank you for your help.
