Video library options for Adobe Media Server?

My company has had great success delivering multi-bitrate VOD content with AMS for about a year and we are relatively pleased with the process of embedding content into individual webpages on our website. As our content grows, however, it becomes increasingly difficult to locate videos on the site. We would like to add an area to the website that looks and acts like a video library, akin to a YouTube or Vimeo channel. In researching options we've found several "YouTube-in-a-box" products but they appear to replace AMS, which we're happy with and would like to keep if possible. I would love to know what options are available, and what solution you chose for integrating a video library front-end to your AMS.
