Video: Sound but no image

Hi, I'm trying to put a flash .swf video file into a PDF with Acrobat 7.0 Professional using MAC OSX. When I make the video play, all the sound comes through, but the screen remains a black box. I've been able to make other flash movies, and quicktime movies work. The flash file that doesn't work, however, will play in a flash player on the PC computer that created it.

Thanks for any suggestions!

That sort of problem usually indicates that the video was encoded with the VP6 codec, and is being played with an old Flashplayer.

VP6 is only supported in Flashplayer 8 and newer, so I suspect that the Flashplayer being used by Acrobat is version 7 or older.
