Video Stopping Mid Stream

We have just installed FMS 3 and are using VOD. I encode the video using the Flash Media Encoder. Everything works well except I am getting reports from users that the video just cuts off for not reason. It is a 7 minute video and I am getting reports of it cutting off at 1 minute or 2:45 nothing consistent. So my question is where can I look to see any error messages or anything that might indicate what is causing this. These are videos that are embedded in Adobe Captivate published training modules. Thanks

I got the same thing, plus if you drag the pointer before the video cuts off, it loads a different file..

Just another note, not really a solution. I transferred my video over to a different FMS server (with a CDN) and that did the trick. It no longer stops on me.

I'm also having the same problem, except with the twist that it is only happening when I play the video in a Connect room. If I play it right out of the Flash IDE, I have no trouble. Using REDBug, I was able to see what's happening in Connect, and the stream is randomly sending out a NetStream.Play.Stop status event after 1-2 minutes, even though I have made no stop command. I'd be very grateful for a solution. If I find one, I'll be back with it and see if that helps you.

I tried starting playing again as soon as I received the stop event, but I get a NetStream.Failed event when I try that.
