VideoRecord Component - where are the docs?

Can anyone tell me where the docs are for the VideoRecord Component for FMS2 are? I can't understand why Adobe would put such a component in, but then not make it quick and simple to setup and use. How do you tell this component what to name the file? Where to store the file? Or do I have to spend days writing their ridiculous action script that they end up changing with every version of their products?

    This zip file along with the components also contains the documentation for installation and usage of the components.
