Is there anything special about FMS 3.0 on Windows 2003 R2 server? I have installed and read different documentation, but I cannot stream or connect to the admin console using //localhost

    Do you have a firewall preventing local access on port 1111 or 1935?

    Also, check the task manager to make sure FMS is running (FMSAdmin.exe, FMSCore.exe), and try running netstat -nab to see if the FMs services are bound to 1935 and 1111. That will let you know if FMS is in fact up and running
