WANTED - Flash developer

Hi GuysI hope this is allowed (checked the etiquette guide)....We are a digital design agency in Bristol UK - looking for a skilled freelancer or someone to join us part-time.We have three projects that we need help with at the moment and we are loooking to build a relationship with someone we can use for all our flash work.One project needs knowledge of Flash Media Server (or Wowser) and to be able to build a webcam streaming system.Can you help?dan@makemeglow.com Dan

here i am check my workout at http://www.privatechatnow.com its a prototype for a webcam gurl site.....prototype = no traffic site so don't exspect to see any gurls there geesh.
