Webcam chat request

Hi Guys,

I have this video conferencing chat application but im struggling to find any documentation on how the one user would send a webcam request where the other user has to accept this before publishing the stream. If anyone knows how this is done or where any examples are please could you let me know.

    One needs to write Sever-side action scripts which may use Shared objects or Remote Calls to pass data and help make decisions. One may also use Flash remoting to connect with databases.
