Whay cant other ppl see my app

hey all sorry for pesting i havea problem i cant seem to go on in flash communication serv
i used the simpleconnect and attached all communication components then put this in
rtmp://83.55.140.215/miPrimeraApp my ip plus the folder where the app is inside my AppServer
i test it and the light goes from green to red omg whay what im doing wrong i try this on another computer http://83.55.140.215/flashcom/applications/miPrimeraApp/chatt.html but it dsnt worck i try changing rtmp:/miPrimeraApp and it logic it will worck on my computer only but i whant it to be online so other ppl can acces it whay this? is it cuz i need to buy a domine? http://Mydomine/flashcom/applications/miPrimeraApp/chatt.html ?
i just cant anymore try everything im like this allredy 2 month
ohh and my flash communication server is up iff u think it is that.
well hope i can get this answerd as fast as possible

    Also... does your ISP block incoming traffic on port 80? Lots of residential ISP's do that.

    the swf and the html are uin the same folder inside the appserver. It cant be the flash communications server cuz i created a html placed it in the www folder(appserver) and then typed in the explorer http://83.32.207.113/miOrderform.htm amd it dident show up so the prove is there it is the appserver port ass you say i have to take a lock at my router. Could it maybe worck iff i change the appserver port to another number what is not being used dont know but i will try it 2
    by the way what is isp my ip adress?
    ohh and to clear i know i need to have a static ip adress yes i know that and you can ddo it with a dynamic ip to but youneed a no ip account i know but im just tring to solve this problem or maybe
    this is the problem? i change my ip off my app every time thr ip changes so i dont see the problem

    okay i opened port 80 from my rooter still dsnt worcki think the best is to delete all mys tuff from my hard driver maybe this will fix it what ever program is using the port will dete it and ill first off all install the server see iff it worcks i cant get any other way oute :(

    I get a connection refused error whe I hit your page. Do you have a firewall blocking public access to your http server?

    i have no firewall :( i dont know what to do anymore when i allways try it it gives me page does not display and some friends try it 2 and they say they get the same as me window firewall is off and i dont have another firewall so it cant be that :(

    is the html page which points to the .swf on your webserver?.....does your router block port 80 or the flash communication server port ? .....do you connect to your webserver using the isp ip address.... use the address provided to you by isp by going to windows command line and typing ipconfig ...use that ip address to connect to the web server.you can type either localhost or the ip address of your machine in the browser window any body on the outside of the DMZ will have to use your machines ip address...well provided that your webserver is set up correctly.
