When will the AMS-HVM's AMI end?

I'm using "Adobe Media Server 5 Extended (HVM)" on AWS EC2.

And I'm planning on using long term so I need to know the following:

1: When is the EOL of this AMI?
2: After EOL, can I continue to use this AMI?
