Where can I find the file for Quality control on a Linux AMS through AWS? 480p >> 720p

Hi guys,

I'm currently SSH'ing into an AMS Linux server through AWS. Would anyone know the path to the file that controls the quality of the LiveStream? We are currently only at 480* and are physically able to stream 720* but it wont allow us. We do believe it has to do with the server settings not allowing it. I did a little bit of googling and found Application.XML, which controls quite a lot of settings imo.

It would be a great help if anyone could give me a few leads,
