Which .net component can I use to convert a video file to flv?

Hi.
I am .net developer. Currently I am developing a website similar yourtube. Each user can upload some media files (avi and other formats) to the server. On server side I must convert them to flv format in order FMS
3.0 can stream them.

Question: Which .net component can I use to convert a video file to flv? I don't plan use of any free products for it. I need in a high quality and good support.

    You can use On2 Flix Engine, but this is rather expensive solution ($ 3.500 per year I think). I suggest you look at Autodesk Cleaner XL - it has watch folder functionality, so it would be easy to write .NET appliacation which just uploads video to the specific folder. VideoCleaner then converts the video and can save it to FMS.
