Who knows a good FMS provider with Adobe FMS?

I am getting frustrated becouse I tried to get my Adobe Encore Projects directly uploaded to a 3rd party streaming server. Since this seems not to be possible, I am now looking for a good provider with adobe FMS. Any hints please?

    Their MIO solution has many input formats and the FMS output is one option.
