Why I can't make the web camera run?

when i use the connect pro, in the classroom I can't make my web camera running. I alredy install FMS and opened port 1935. what can I do else?

    Can you elaborate more on your problem so that i can figure out what's going wrong.

    Do you have connect pro account - is it hosted account or you have your own enterprise solution.

    And when you say "can't make my web camera running." - what do you exactly mean ?

    first, thank for your ask.

    We buy a server edition of connect pro 7.5 and install it on our own server then we set up it.

    but in my computer in office when I enter the meeting, the camera window appear but just black, and even I open the window of choice my device, it cant' work.

    but i install a new XP OS and no more software in my computer when I coming that OS, in that vision, the camera can work well. So I think that can't be the hardware problem.

    I really want to use the camera in my old OS because in this I can find the things I need easyly.\

    By the way, I already install the FMS and opened the 1935 port.

    Can you let me know about following details:

    What OS is it which is giving you issue?

    Which browser are you using and which flash player version is installed in that browser?

    Webcam details?

    Do you have any other flash application which accesses camera, if you have can you try if you get black screen when you access that camera ( just to be sure you are accessing your web cam you can right click on swf, go to settings and then choose Camera and see if it lists your webcam)

    I was talking to connect team and they said they will need above info for any nailing down of the issue.
