LCCS      has a good server-side framework

But why youtube did not use p2p technology flash platform ？

    As far as I know did youtube do not use FMS at all , they jsut use Lighttpd's Streaming module.

    So they do not have to pay that INSANE 4500 $ license.

    Does P2P technology  quicker??I think this technology have some weakness .I have heard this technology before ,but i havent used it..

    P2P flash technology wasn't built yet it just became available in FMS 4.0 and once you have something in place that works well its a slow process to upgrade or change it.
