    For iOS, you can't use the normal browser. If that site has not yet upgraded to HTML5 for mobile users then you would likely have to go talk to them. Outside of that, I think there is a browser called Dolphin that has the Flash player embedded in it, which allows for browsing the internet with the Flash Player enabled.
