Windows 10 Flash Player not enabled

Question

Having installed Windows 10, when attempting to watch video clips I'm presented with the message "You need to install Flash Player to view this content". When I select "Download Flash Player now" I'm told that "Flash Player is integrated with Microsoft Edge in Windows 10. You do not need to install Flash Player." When I select "Test Flash Player" I'm told that "Flash Player is currently disabled. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to play Flash content." So I go through the steps (repeatedly!) to make sure Flash Player is enabled.....all to no avail! Can anyone help me to stop going round in circles please? Thanks.

No one knows how to fix this problem on some PCs. The problem is already 1 year.

Somebody helps to create a new User.
