API POST Response for Execute Photoshop Actions

I've successfully made an API call to Execute Photoshop Actions From This API POST request (by providing an image and action file) which  returns

_links self href

(something like this https://image.adobe.io/pie/psdService/status/a60eacae-8f38-42e1-93b1-70fd77e74a40)

I was exspecting to get a url path (text) to the image or something that the actions were performed on, does anyone know how I get the results of what the actions did?
