Banner Ad Reflow

Hi.

I was looking to build a Photoshop plugin using the Photoshop API to speed up the banner resizing process, however I noticed Adobe may have been working on a similar tool? (Banner Ad Reflow): https://developer.adobe.com/photoshop/api/demo/?ref=bannerreflow

However I can’t seem to download the plugin so wanted to understand what is happening with Banner Ad Reflow? Is it still adobes intention to release the plugin eventually? Was there a particular reason why development was stopped/paused?

Any thoughts you can give would be super helpful to me.
