Downloaded paid fonts not working in Photoshop api

We are experiencing an issue with a paid font we are using in the Photoshop API. Although we have downloaded the fonts from the website and are attempting to use them in the Photoshop API to generate text, the font is not being applied correctly.

Interestingly, we are also using some Google Fonts which are working perfectly fine.

Below, I have attached the code we are using. Could you please help us resolve this issue as soon as possible? Alternatively, any hints or suggestions that might help us troubleshoot the problem would be greatly appreciated.
