How do you remove value from app.activeDocument.info.title?

Trying to reset the value of app.activeDocument.info.title to nothing, but it won't overwrite

//Works
app.activeDocument.info.title = "TEST";

//Doesn't work
app.activeDocument.info.title  = ""

Is there a way to achieve this with info.title or do I have to go through metadata directly?
