I can't connect the ps API service

Question

Hi everyone and thanks for reading this post!
 
I need to use the Photoshop API to run image processing, applying presets to photos. but in the developer console I can't connect this service, it is highlighted with a gray button. why?

Hi there!

With the limited information I have available, my best guess is that you are signed into an Enterprise account that does not have paid access to the Adobe Photoshop API. Your best route is to reach out to your system admin and verfiy that you are on a plan that has access. Once you verify you have access you should be able to log in and create a project using the Adobe ID that has the proper entitlement. If you do not have access you can reach out to your Account Manager or Enterprise Sales team to talk about adding this to your plan.
