JSX can't access api Super Resolution/Camera Raw. Work around solution?

So I tried looking through the jsx script listener and photoshop listener does not record enhance image, or anything from adobe camera raw because it's a plugin of sorts. I was wondering is there a work-around way of running super resolution on a bunch of images, by calling it in jsx script. It would be ideal. I understand I can do this with lightroom manually by selecting a load/ennhance images.
