Timestamp of Selected Layer in Video Timeline - JSX

Any recomendations on how to log the timestamp of a selected layer in photoshops video timeline?

For example: After clicking a layer in the layer panel, photoshop highlights the layer in the video timeline. Is there a way to log the JSX were that layer is in the timeline? (screen shot attached of a selected layer in the layer panel and the layer highlighted in the timeline)
