Want to know how i can read BINARY file with extendscript

I recently read a post where a user named @r-bin  provided valuable assistance to a community member by creating a script to read a binary file named "TEMP" file. I would be grateful if someone could kindly guide me on how to read binary files, as I am eager to acquire this knowledge. Thank you for your time and consideration.
