Accessing File system in Acrobat 8+

Hello

Since Acrobat 8.1 accessing file system  from distiller is changed

simple postscript commands like

(C:\\tmp\\1.ps) run   doesn'twork anymore  !

it generates error

generate  [Error: ioerror; OffendingCommand: run]

In distiller!!?

Any body knows what do I need to make the execute file on the hard disk in windows Vista or 7 ?
