adobe Distiller service issue

I am using Distiller  service checking some folder every 10 second but i am facing issue service stuck at warning popup "cannot open  this file" this file is bening used by another program.

 

On that issue i need click on OK button to rerun the service. is there any way service stop shoiwng this warning pop message. So my service will not stuck on that warning popup.

    Which Adobe product are you using to provide Distiller?
    Some are not made for use as a service.

    This can happen if Distiller attempts to work on a print file that is still being written.

    Change your Watched Folder settings to a longer time. Default is 10, so try 20 seconds.
