Helvetica CE font not embedded

Hi,

i created .ps file by using framemaker 2019. while distilling the .ps file im getting error like font embbeded due to licensing restricitons. 

also checked with font location there helvetica font is available.

please help me out

    The message does not say the font is not available. Quite the opposite, the font clearly can be found. The message says that the font cannot be embedded because of licensing restrictions. Refer to the font maker, or choose an alternative.
