How to Change PDF Properties such as zoom level, Password (user and owner) using Postscript 3.0 ?

Hi Guys,

I have been working on a product and would appreciate any insight on how to set pdf properties like zoom level, pdf encryption in the form of an password, applying restriction on copy , printing etc. I have been able to change the title , author, orientation using postscript. Any help will be appreciated

Hi Aandi,

Thanks for the help but I am able to change the title, authors name etc from the Postscript file so that prompted me to think that we may well be able to set passwords using the same. Any other source via which I can set password like ghostscript or some other open source , third party tool ?

You cannot set PDF security through PostScript and Distiller. Initial
zoom should be settable via a pdfmark.
