How to convert BMP image to PostScript format

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to convert a bmp image to ps format.

I have a link to Adobe PS driver http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=1500  but this driver is compatible with Windows XP and not working with any newer version of windows, like Windows 7 and above.

If anyone knows where can I find a driver that will work with newer Windows versions, please share the details.

I know that there are many online sites that provide online conversion for the different formats, but I cannot use them because of the security concerns.
