How to create EPS file programmatically or manually ?

hi folks,

I am looking the way to create EPS files by manually, is that possible ? How ?

I am interested to build EPS files by using php language.

I heard there are commands that generate circles and lines + curves etc

please point me in right direction, Thanks

If you know php well enough to output to a text file then you can create EPS files.
