If you want to add text to the file add this in the file with your other setpagedevice.

<<

  /EndPage {pop pop save initgraphics /Times-Roman 60 selectfont 72 36 moveto (Hello World!) show restore true}

This PostScript file is doing something extraordinary. It is reading PDF data and dynamically converting it. You would need pretty good PostScript programming skills to mess with that I think. I have pretty good PostScript programming skills and would not want to attempt it.
