make text watermark

I want toi make a watermark to place on top of a document and got this code from the net

that I would like to change to place the text on the vertical, on the left-side of the page and with a font fully white, and I am having a lot of trouble changing the PS to do it.

    What kind of document and which Adobe application? .PDF? .PSD? .INDD? .AI? Something else?

      Many thanks eddie0, I now understand the use of the font-face.

       

      How would one write the text in the vertical direction? I am baffled by the 90/-90 rotates.

      The rotates are to write the text down from the left center of ths page which I would consider vertical. To write accross the page use:
