Hello - first of all this

is my first time on, and I'm already confused because I didn't understand what it means by naming a location?  Does that mean subject?

OK - my question is:

I am working in Pagemaker 6.5.  I'm creating a brochure.  All I want to do is export my document out as a pdf file.  When I attempt to do this, I get a message which comes up and says "exporting a pdf file requires a postscript printer driver.  Please install one"??

I already have my printer driver installed.  Do I need another printer driver; if so, which one?

Thanks if anyone can help!

This forum is for questions associated with actually producing PostScript programs and not for support of Adobe applications programs such as PageMaker.

Note that fully and properly installing PageMaker will install all the drivers and software necessary for production of PDF via distillation of PostScript.

Note that PageMaker 6.5 is really an ancient version of that software, possibly over twelve years old and certainly was not designed to run on any modern version of Windows, certainly not Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7. Even PageMaker 7 is tenuous on modern day operating systems.

If you have further questions, please visit the PageMaker User-to-User forums.
