Tried searching the Adobe site for this under products without any luck. My laserjet vendor (Hewlett-Packard) recommends I use technology called Adobe Memory Booster to expand memory available to older printer without adding SIMMs. Found Adobe doc on a page titled Postscript 3 (hence my post in this forum) that describes what AMB does but not whether it's software that can be downloaded, or what.
Adobe Memory Booster was never an end-user product from Adobe. It was technology for compressing intermediate display list data within an Adobe PostScript implementation that was part of was put into a product by Adobe's OEMs. When this memory was popular, memory was exceptionally expensive. That is obviously no longer a significant issue.
Anyway, it is not a technology that can be retrofitted into an existing product. The last HP LaserJets that used Adobe PostScript technology were released sometime around 13 years ago or more.
